Important information for Online and On-site attendees to the workshop.

Information for both:

- Important (step1): To be able to assist to the workshop you should register to workshop and tutorials of IROS2022 conference. There is and option of only tutorials for the online assistants. https://iros2022.org/registrationvisa/registration/

- Important (step2):In addition, all the assistants should fulfill this questioner about the assistance to the workshop; in both cases online and in-person. It is independent from the normal registration procedures.

- Right now we have the FINAL schedule (Tab: Schedule)

- We have publishing all the accepted poster session papers and their videos (Tab: Accepted Posters)

- We have the schedule of the poster session (Tab: Poster Session Schedule), and we will have interactive poster sessions during the coffee breaks.

 

Important for ONLINE attendants:

- You will have the link of the zoom for the workshop in InfoVaya (https://events.infovaya.com/)

- You should use the same email that you use to register to IROS2022 and all the information of IROS2022 that you have register will appear.

- For password you can set a new one if you do not remember it. You will need to register there.

- Also, please connect to the zoom using your true name.

Important for ONSITE attendants:

- The conference room where the workshop will take place in onsite format is: Room 9, or Room G of the kyoto conference center.
